In this session we will dive deep into the world of Yin Yoga. A soft and relaxing form of yoga where we will give the body time to relax on deeper levels and create more fluidity and mobility in our connective tissues. Combining this practice with different breathing techniques to support the body in the proces of relaxation. Exploring how our breath and body are connected and how they can work together to relax the nervous system and create more openness and space in the body.
We will focus this session on the area of the pelvis, a place where a lot of tension and stress is stored in our bodies. Using a variety of hipopeners to create more space and softness in that area and to find ways to release tension. This combination of Breathwork and Yin Yoga will give you practical tools to release stress, feel more connected to your body and to bring it back to it’s natural state of being.
