Kundalini Meditation is an active form of meditation, designed by Osho, to connect to our life energy (kundalini).
Preparing the body and the mind for meditation by actively shaking, expressing and moving our bodies first.
Using free movement to let our life energy flow through our bodies and to let go of blockages and tension. By actively moving the body and emptying the mind we will create space to be able to experience the silence that comes after.
A beautiful practice to dive deep within yourself and all that is present.
We will guide you through this online sessions from the comforts of your own home. Taking the time to warm up the body and to prepare for this beautiful form of meditation. If you have no experience with meditation or if you find yourself struggling to find that calm and peaceful state, then this might be the perfect practice for you!
