In this online session we wil explore different breathing techniques to bring more awareness to the quality of our breathing and to experience the connection between our breath, our bodies and our minds.
Our breath is connected to our physical body, but also to the flow of our life energy and our emotional and mental state of being. The way we breath defines the way we live.
By breathing more fully and deeply we can bring movement to our vital life energy, release tension and stress from the body and feel more calm and balanced.
If you are feeling disconnected or experiencing emotional of physical stress, the breath can be a really powerful tool.
We will guide you through this session from the comforts of your own home. So make yourself comfortable and join us on this breathing journey!
