During this session we will explore the beautiful practice of transformational breathing, combining it with the healing and relaxing powers of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. We invited Mark van der Wiel, who is an experienced Transformational Breath facilitator to guide us through this session.
Transformational breath is a method of breathing that can really help you to come back and connect to your body and optimize your breathing capacity. Using this breath to relax the body so deeply that the flow of breath can travel – in this so called open breathing pattern – through the whole body. Through this connected way of breathing we free the flow of energy in our bodies to release and let go of physical tension. While at the same time helping us to let go of tension and blockages that we might experience on a mental or emotional level. Your whole system will become more alive, leading to a better health, a higher level of consciousness and will let you experience clarity and calmness like never before.
Closing this session with the deeply relaxing sounds and vibrations of traditional singing bowls to support the process of optimizing your energy flow. For over centuries many people have found relief from pain, stress, negative energy, and a variety of physical ailments through the sound and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. While you can completely relax, the frequencies and vibrations will travel all the way through every cell of the body. Helping it to release and to create an harmonious flow of energy throughout your whole system.
