But how do you breath for all this time in between? Your breathing pattern is a reflection of how you live your life.
When our breath is constricted our energy flow isn’t optimal and we don’t experience life to it’s fullest.
With Breathwork we can change the quality of our breath and thus the quality of our lives.
Breathing practices to improve physical and emotional wellbeing have been around for centuries. In this session we will explore the Conscious Connected Breathing technique which is a powerful and safe way to infuse the body with oxygen and energy. Recharging our own (often depleted) systems to work their self-healing capacity and release stored emotions from your system. With Breathwork we can enjoy optimum mental health, emotional clarity and experience an ever-deepening relationship with ourselves.
