The Movement Sessions provides a space to dive deep into movement. A space where we can play, explore, research, get a deeper understanding of our bodies and bring our bodies to life through movement.
The Movement Sessions was created by Melissa Ransdorp and Lotte Willemsma through their mutual love and curiosity for movement in all its facets.

Somatic Stress Release Retreat
January 27 – 29
During this retreat we will find different ways to bring more understanding to how the body relates to stress and how stress relates to your breath. We will work with Somatic Movement (a gentle approach to movement to raise body awareness), Breathwork, Tension Release Exercises (TRE), Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga to provide you the practical tools to release the tension in the body and bring our nervous systems back in a state of balance.
If you are experiencing a lot of physical tension in your body, more mental stress then you would like to have, or if you have a hard time to really relax and wind down at the end of the day, then this weekend might be exactly what you’re looking for!
