Join us for our Spring Retreat, a weekend dedicated to refreshing your body and mind, providing the perfect space to embrace the energy of renewal that comes with the season. Set in a serene natural environment, this retreat invites you to slow down, release the weight of winter, and restore a sense of inner balance as you step into spring. Through a combination of breathwork, movement sessions, and a Sweatlodge Ceremony, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome new growth. With delicious, soul-nourishing meals to sustain your journey, you’ll leave feeling deeply refreshed, vibrant, and excited to weave these practices into the fabric of your daily life.


Breathwork Sessions
Using Conscious Connected Breathing, a continuous, flowing breath technique that helps to release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and brings you into a deeper state of awareness. Both Melissa and Lotte are certified Breathworkcoaches that will guide you with a lot of softness and care.

Movement Sessions
In our movement sessions, the focus is on how movement feels from within. Using a somatic approach with shaking and intuitive movement, we awaken the body’s natural energy, release tension, and connect more deeply with ourselves.

Sweatlodge Ceremony
A Sweat Lodge Ceremony, guided by Michaela, owner of Kura Waka, is a sacred ritual of purification and renewal. In the warmth of the lodge, we gather to release physical, emotional, and mental burdens, reconnecting with ourselves and nature. This powerful space fosters reflection, healing, and letting go, allowing us to emerge with clarity and inner peace.

Sound Healing
Sound healing uses the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs to promote relaxation and emotional well-being.
The soothing sounds resonate through the body, helping to release tension and reduce stress, creating a harmonious environment for deep healing and inner peace.

This retreat is open to all, regardless of experience.
